Unforgettable Review

When love ends, madness begins.

Unforgettable stars Rosario Dawson, Katherine Heigl, Geoff Stults, Whitney Cummings and Isabella Kai Rice.

Julia moves to LA to be with her new fiance, when she arrives she is met with his ex-wife, Tessa and their child. Tessa is out to stop Julia from getting too close to her ex-husband and will do anything to stop them being together.

I’m going to start with the negatives for a change, because, ironically, this movie is completely forgettable. The story is okay, but it is too predictable. There were a couple of times were I was expecting the movie to have twists, but instead of doing that it goes for the obvious and predictable route. The characters in the film don’t help because they are boring and basic characters, there was nothing special about any of them and in particular, Katherine Heigl’s character of Tessa was a basic villain and lacked any motivation.

Positives. I think there are parts of the film that work and are good ideas but would be better in a movie that takes more risks and has characters that you can relate to and actually have motivation.

Very basic and predictable film that needed more risks and twists to make the film more interesting.

Rating: 2 out of 5.
